約100年前に石工によって作られた囲炉裏で製造した花炭。
松ぼっくりや椿の殻といった自然素材と、星型に切り抜いた木材を炭火でじっくり焼き上げました。
「星の里山」として有名な熊本県山都町の美しい里山の風景を表現しています。
炭ならではの消臭・調湿効果も期待できます。
お手洗いや玄関など匂いや湿気が気になる場所のインテリアとしてはもちろん、化学香料を避けたいペットのいるご家庭へのプレゼントにもおすすめです。

■ 注意点・破損時の対応について
・製品の特性と軽微な欠けについて：花炭は非常に繊細で崩れやすい商品です。梱包には万全を期しておりますが、配送時の衝撃により端や細部が少々欠けてしまう場合がございます。軽微な欠けにつきましては商品の特性上、返品・交換・再送の対象外となりますので、素材の風合いとしてあらかじめご了承ください。
大きく破損していた場合の再送条件：万が一、原型をとどめないほど大きく粉砕・破損していた場合は、【1ご注文につき1回に限り】無償にて再送させていただきます。
＜再送対応の条件＞
・ご連絡期限：商品到着後3日以内にご連絡いただいた場合
・確認用写真の提出：状況確認のため、「破損した商品の写真」および「外箱（梱包箱）の写真」をご提示いただける場合
・再送エリア：日本国内限定
※到着後4日以上経過している場合、お写真の確認ができない場合、また2回目以降の再再送につきましては対応いたしかねます。商品が届きましたらすぐに開封して状態のご確認をお願いいたします。
※万が一の破損時に当店から代替品を再送させていただいた後、その再送品も再度破損してお届けされてしまった場合、2回目の再送は行っておりません。
ご指定の配送先までの経路において安全な輸送が困難な環境にあると判断されるため、誠に恐れ入りますがその場合は「ご注文のキャンセルおよび全額ご返金」での対応とさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。
・設置場所について：長時間湿気がこもる浴室や水回りの近くなど、極度に湿度の高い場所は避けて設置してください。
・火気について：本品は観賞・消臭用です。燃料用ではございませんので、着火・加熱は絶対にしないでください。また、火気の近くでのご使用もお控えください。
■ お手入れ方法
・ホコリが気になりましたら、柔らかい筆（絵の具筆やメイクブラシなど）を使い、優しく払い落としてください。崩れやすいため、布や手で直接拭くのはおやめください。
・梅雨時や湿度の高い季節には、月に1回程度、晴れた日に2〜3時間ほど天日干しをしてください。吸湿・消臭効果が回復し、長期間にわたってご使用いただけます。
■ 崩れてしまった場合の再利用方法
万が一、衝撃などで大きく崩れてしまった場合は、布袋に入れて「靴箱やクローゼットの消臭剤」としてご活用いただけるほか、細かく砕いて「植木や畑の土壌改良剤（肥料）」として土に混ぜて無駄なくご活用いただけます。

当店の商品は性質上大変壊れやすくなっております。厳重に梱包して発送いたしますが、国際配送における輸送中の破損、紛失、遅延につきましては、当店では返品・交換・返金・再送の一切の対象外（免責）とさせていただきます。
国際配送は複数の業者を経由するため破損リスクが高く、また国際送料が商品代金を上回るケースが多いため、いかなる理由であってもショップ側での補償はいたしかねます。海外からご注文される場合は、このリスクをご了承いただいた上でのご購入をお願いいたします。
Hanazumi (decorative botanical charcoal) crafted in an irori (traditional sunken hearth) built by stonemasons over 100 years ago.
Natural materials such as pinecones and camellia shells, along with star-shaped wood cutouts, are carefully carbonized over a charcoal fire. This piece captures the beautiful satoyama (countryside) landscape of Yamato Town in Kumamoto Prefecture, renowned as the "Starry Satoyama."
You can also expect the natural deodorizing and humidity-regulating effects unique to charcoal. It serves as an excellent interior accent for areas prone to odors and moisture, such as restrooms and entryways. It is also highly recommended as a gift for households with pets that prefer to avoid synthetic fragrances.
To help preserve the satoyama for future generations, 1% of product sales will be donated to satoyama conservation activities and Kumamoto earthquake reconstruction efforts.

■ Precautions & Damage Policy
・Product Characteristics & Minor Chipping: Hanazumi is extremely delicate and fragile. While we take every precaution with packaging, minor chipping of edges and fine details may occur due to impact during shipping. Please note that minor chips are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements, as this is characteristic of the product. We hope you appreciate this as part of the material's natural texture.
・Replacement Conditions for Severe Damage: In the unlikely event that the item is severely crushed or damaged beyond recognition of its original shape, we will send a replacement free of charge (limited to one time per order).
・Deadline: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
・Photo Submission: You must provide "photos of the damaged product" and "photos of the outer box (packaging)" for us to verify the situation.
・Replacement Area: Limited to domestic addresses within Japan.
Note: We cannot accommodate requests if more than 4 days have passed since delivery, if photos cannot be provided, or for a second replacement. Please open your package immediately upon arrival to check the condition of the item.
Note: If a replacement is sent due to severe damage, and that replacement is also damaged upon delivery, we will not issue a second replacement. In such cases, we will assume that the transit route to your specified shipping address makes safe transport difficult. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will process this as an "order cancellation and full refund." Thank you for your understanding.
・Placement: Avoid placing the item in extremely humid areas, such as bathrooms where moisture builds up for long periods, or near water sources.
・Fire Hazards: This product is for decorative and deodorizing purposes only. It is not fuel. Never ignite or heat the product, and refrain from using it near open flames.
■ Care Instructions
・If dust accumulates, gently brush it off using a soft brush (such as a paintbrush or makeup brush). Since the charcoal is highly fragile, do not wipe it directly with a cloth or your hands.
・During the rainy season or periods of high humidity, dry the charcoal in the sun for 2 to 3 hours on a sunny day about once a month. This will restore its moisture-absorbing and deodorizing effects, allowing you to enjoy it for a long time.
■ How to Repurpose Damaged Charcoal
If the charcoal breaks apart significantly due to impact, it does not have to go to waste. You can place the pieces in a cloth bag to use as a deodorizer for shoe cabinets or closets. Alternatively, you can crush it finely and mix it into soil as a soil conditioner (fertilizer) for potted plants or gardens.
